We are committed to delivering high-quality car wash and detailing services that leave your vehicle looking pristine. Please read our refund policy carefully. Service Refunds Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once a car wash or detailing session has been completed. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns. Eligibility for Refund or Re-Service We will consider a refund or complimentary re-service if: The service was not performed as described or agreed upon. There was a clear issue or damage caused by our staff during the service. You provide timely notice and proof (such as photos) demonstrating the issue. How to Request a Refund or Re-Service To request a refund or a free re-service: Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of service completion. Provide your service receipt and a detailed description of the issue. Include photos if applicable. Our team will review your case and respond within 2 business days. Payment and Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days. In cases where a re-service is provided instead of a refund, we will schedule your next appointment at your convenience. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued for: Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., choice of service package). Damage or issues caused by external factors after the service. Services canceled after the appointment time.
